FreeCAD missing toolbar icons

Since a recent update, I'm getting this

I thought it was related to an issue with adwaita-icon-theme 42.0, but the package got an update to 42.0+r1+gc144c3d75-1 and other users report their problems were fixed. FreeCAD still looks like the above for me.

I'm using Cinnamon and start my Xorg with `startx`, which still perprexes some of my peers. Haven't noticed any issues with other apps.

Works well here.  Environment is a lot different though, Gnome logging in from gdm, Wayland.
