Broadcom Corp. BCM43142 Bluetooth is not working. Doesn't find any devices. I think controller not found.

Check that bluetooth.service is running and do
power onfrom bluetoothctl.

I have found the problem. bluetooth-mesh.service was also enabled and running and that created a conflict. I stopped bluetooth-mesh and it worked. However the sound quality is horrible\.
