[solved] Gnome Wireguard Integration

I successfully set up Wireguard on my router and configured a connection via nm-connection-editor. I could successfully establish the tunnel via setting in nm-connection-editor to establish the connection always.

What I am lacking is that I want a better option to establish and disconnect the connection via gnome like connecting to a WLAN. I found that in the past there was a networkmanager-wireguard package in the AUR, but I couldn't find that. Also in the Wiki I couldn't find anything about gnome integration.

Re: [solved] Gnome Wireguard Integration

Ok, I don't know whether there are better solutions, but I installed this gnome addon https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/ … indicator/
and activated under settings nmcli. Now I have a slider to activate or deactivate my tunnel that i previously configured via nm-connection-editor.

Maybe this is helpful for anybody else.
