Hi - I have a new UtechSmart USB-C hub, model: UCN3273, where all the ports work as expected except HDMI has no output. I've done some searching, but not finding much on the USB-C hub HDMI issue in general. So, it must be working for most hubs.
Here's some information:

Thoughts??
Thanks

According to this Asus site, my USB-C connector is a data only connector without charging or display ability.

Certainly has display ability lol
why would it have HDMI if it didn't? I have the very same hub, HDMI worked till 3 or 4 days ago. Misteriously, it stopped working. Tried with another monitor, cables, etc. Even asked the vendor for another hub, as i thought the hub got damaged, even with the new hub, doesn't work as well! I am so lost as why it stopped working.
Murphy descended to Earth, no way to stop him now.

It's the OP's laptop that didn't have ability to transmit a display signal over USB-C, not the hub...
