xfce + lightdm: lightdm delays showing the login wallpaper (black)

Hello, I've a xfce + lightdm on a LVM+luks installation, so I have a passphrase to input each boot before the lightdm login.
If I put my passphrase fast (3-4 sec), I get a lightdm login screen with a black wallpaper.
If I put my passphrase slowly or after some minutes because I'm still not in front of my computer, then I get a lightdm login screen with the proper desktop I chose (using lightdm gtk+ greeter settings).
How can I solve the problem?
