[SOLVED] Cannot access files from places other than "files" shortcut

This is what I get when I attempt to use arc menu to access my files on gnome.
Using the "files" shortcut works fine however.

desktop-file-install --dir ~/.local/share/applications --set-icon=nautilus /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop

I think this command is to blame.

Oh lol deleting usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop fixed it. XD
