Problems with Intel IRIS XE (Dell Vostro 3400) and LG Ultrawide Monito

Hi,

I recently installed the KDE PLASMA version, but I'm having trouble getting my ultrawide monitor to native resolution 2560x1080_60.

I've already tried to upload the configuration via CLI via xrandr but it doesn't work and I give the error below

I've already tried, as informed in another forum, to change the scaling-factor attribute to 1 via dconf-editor, but it didn't work either.

I'm sure this monitor with this notebook and hdmi cable works in this resolution ( 2560x1080_60.00 ) because I've already used the same setup with Windows 11 in this configuration, BTW even in windows I had to update the latest Intel IRIS XE driver to work in this resolution correctly.

Any idea?

Try this modeline instead

% cvt12 2560 1080 60 -b

but there've been several recent threads running into the rather obscure "xrandr: Configure crtc 0 failed"

Also please post your xorg log.
