problem when connect cisco vpn in archlinux

I've been having trouble connecting to Cisco in Arch for some time...
At first I thought there was a problem with the ISP or VPN server and .... BUT Now I'm sure the problem is with the arch or its settings.
-
When I connect to Cisco, my internet IP changes, but some sites that are filtered in my country can not open like youtube and ... !
I tested the same Cisco server with a simple Cisco connection on Windows and everything was OK.

How can I solve this problem?
