Archlinux reboots and freezes unexpectedly

Hi.
I installed linux and it crashes. No matter what linux I use. I tried to use many linux systems. Currently I use archlinux. All the linux systems crashes.

When I surf the internet, play games e.t.c System freezes and mouse stops working and display shows me static picture of browser or something else I worked in. Sometimes keyboard works, when I press "num lock" luminodiode reacts on it. Sometimes screen becomes black. Sometimes system just reboots.

Linux writes to me

after rebooting.

I found out that ryzen users should incerase curve optimizer in BIOS. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Ryzen#Random_reboots But I have Ryzen 7 7100, not Ryzen 5000 series and It won't work with my processor.
What can I do to resolve this problem?

Re: Archlinux reboots and freezes unexpectedly

Hey, you said you installed Linux and then your system started crashing? Did it crash on any operating systems you used before, i.e. Windows? Have you made any hardware modifications or changed any BIOS settings, especially relating to CPU or Memory clocking? Do you notice any high RAM or CPU usage before it crashes, and is there anything you can do to reliably cause crashing?
Also it would be great if I could get your motherboard model.
