[SOLVED] telegram-desktop breaks audio (pulseaudio)

Need to restart pulseaudio after trying to playback videos in telegram-desktop.

pulseaudio -k
pulseaudio --start

Worked for years, but some incompatibility appeared after latest update.
Tested on two laptops (different generations), with built-in and with external (USB) sound cards as well.
Also, after using telegram-desktop, cannot switch between audio devices in other apps (browser, vlc).

journalctl -xe

shows nothing
Previously, had problems only with bluetooth audio, system-wide.

If you got wireplumber but want to actually use pulseaudio switch that back to pipewire-media-session
