The sound disconnects when i try to play something

[Frequently, when I try to play something (a video,song, game...) on my laptop with Arch Linux and the Kde desktop, it dont works but when I disable the sound output and re-enable it (like in the image that i include below, it's in spanish) it works another time

Someone has a solution??
