[SOVLED] Is "nvidia-open-dkms" installing the correct modules?

EDIT: Nvm. I am a complete moron. I forgot to run mkinitcpio -P after i installed it. Please close this post...

I just installed the package "nvidia-open-dkms" and am noticing some interesting behaviors.

When I execute the command:

modinfo nvidia | grep license

I get the expected result of:

license: Dual MIT/GPL

However, when I run:

cat /proc/driver/nvidia/version

I get the output of:

NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 515.43.04 Tue Apr 26 15:52:32 UTC 2022
GCC version: gcc version 12.1.0 (GCC)

Wouldn't this imply that I am not using the open kernel modules? (Open kernel modules were released in May)

Also, when I run

nvidia-smi -q | grep GSP

I get the output of:

GSP Firmware Version : N/A

I'm not super familiar with this package so feel free to correct and slam me in the replies.
