xfce icons problem when enabling trash bin

Hi, I installed xfce (latest update from arch repositories) and if I enable trash bin from desktop settings, it doesn't show up in the desktop. There is also another problem:
- if I keep trash bin enabled in desktop: every reboot icons positions are lost (I suppose it happens because ~/.config/xfce4/desktop/icons.screenXXXXXX.rc has the trashbin entry and it's bugged)
- if I disable trash bin from desktop: icons keep their positions correctly, as expected

In both situations I can't get trashbin enabled and so everytime I delete a file from my external hard disk, xfce asks me to permanent delete the file.. I need the trash bin functionality back.
The problem was present also some months ago (there is another thread I opened in this forum), and it was solved after some update (2-3 weeks).

Did you install gvfs?
