Since last update was Dec'21 it looks like some keys were outdated.

pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring && pacman -Su

solves the issue.

If this isn't an update, I would suggest updating your system.

sudo pacman -Syu

I run

pacman -Syu

a few times. Also updated the mirrors. It did not help.
The solution was

pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring && pacman -Su

I'm having the same issue, but doing

pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring && pacman -Su

returns

File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/archlinux-keyring-20220424-1-any.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature))

I can't seem to upgrade any packages on my system. Is there a work around for this?

Is that all or do you also get some "unknown trust" message?
The package could be indeed corrupted (delete and re-download it then)

Ah, so I figured from searching the forums that I locally sign the unsigned keys, which I did, and I was able to refresh keys and update arch's keyrings. But now I'm getting:

Signature is invalid isn't a keyring problem. The package may very well be corrupt.

Man that's crazy. You gave me an idea... I changed to a different server, redownloaded the packages and upgraded. You are correct. I spent the last few hours deleting and re-populating my pgp signatures over and over again lol. I 100% thought it was the signatures.
