I have some kind of screen saver configured to turn off the screen after 10 min of inactivity. I would like to adjust that value but I have no idea what is the screensaver being used. If I set it up, I set it up years ago. I did a fresh install in January but I was copying my user config files. As I had installed all packages manually, and even documented which packages I installed, I'm pretty sure I don't have any dedicated screen saver application, including xscreensaver. Whatever I have configured must be default xorg. Any ideas how to adjust the timeout?

It could be it, though I cannot find the config. Is the 10 min timeout something that's set by default?
There's definitely nothing in /etc/X11 and looking at any xset commands in .bashrc, i3 config and .xinitrc didn't show anything. I also use xfce4 settings deamon, but the power manager is not running. I guess I will try overriding it with xset anyway and see if anything happens.

I decided to use xfce4 power manager to handle this. It seems to be able to override it just fine. I think that if I overrided it with xset it would probably work too.
