Fixed bad packaging... sorry about that.

/usr/etc/ion3 -> /etc/ion3.

I uploaded an old version while I was working on it, sorry.

maybe chuck the config in /etc/xdg/ion3. it's a bit tidier than chucking example configs in /etc, which is where you'd expect global configs.

They aren't the example configs, they are the global configs iphitus.
