[SOLVED] Accessing KDE Plasma Display Configuration

I've just carried out a fresh Arch install and added KDE Plasma as follows:

pacman -S plasma-desktop sddm sddm-kcm
systemctl enable sddm.service

As my monitor is 32" 4K all text is understandably tiny and I need to adjust DPI scaling to something a little easier on the eye.

According to the Arch Wiki:
System Settings > Display and Monitor > Display Configuration > Global Scale.
Drag the slider to the desired size.
Restart for the settings to take effect.

Only problem is I don't see any Display Configuration option?  I only see Compositor and Night Color as options

Do  need to install Plasma in full to have access to Display Configuration?
