How to edit order of sections in panel of Dolphin

Hi all,
I want to change the order of sections in panel of Dolphin, such as Places, Remote, Recent files, etc.
I find panel config file '.local/share/user-places.xbel' via google. But I don't figure that out how to edit the order of sections.
Any ideas can help me?
