I didn't watch any videos on my pc for a couple of weeks and I constantly updated my system. Now when I try to watch any videos in mpv or vlc I only get a static flickering image which updates every 1or 2 minutes.
- Does not depend on file format mp4, avi , mkv
- Using iGPU 12600k
- dmesg is clear

kill picom.
If that doesn't change anything, please post your xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General
Online
Killing picom did not change it
I found only one error:

Try to use the modesetting driver (remove xf86-video-intel) and also https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/mesa-amber/
Edit: wait - 12600k is "alder lake"? You don't need mesa-amber, but drop xf86-video-intel
