firefox freeze. Error creating thread: Resoource temporary unavailable
Hi everyone. I hope Newbie Corner is the place for this but if you think different please say so. I am here by gonna try to give you everything I think you possibly need to know but don't hesitate to ask about more information if you need to. I will try to explain this as good as I can.
Hopefully the steps to reproduce:
1. Running Arch linx hardened with i3 (Have also now tried lts kernel and samething happens.)
2. Run 2 firefox profiles or 3 to reproduce quickly and open tabs so that your process count comes over 1200.
3. Then try to attach some file to an mail and use the search bar to search for file.
Additional info:
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz Coffee Lake
No graphic card (dont really think this matters actually but want to give as much info as possible.
Now I am just going to describe the problem as good as I can. I will show Journalctl, coredumpctl and other outputs after this description.
The problem started some time ago after an update. Now after I cant seem to have to much gtk/firefox running at the same time with about over 1200 processes, give or take, (don't know if this is bound to my problem or not, just providing more information rather then less.) If I reboot and only start two profiles of firefox and open kind of alot of tabs, ( a sure way of triggering is having 3 profiles going at the same time with just a few tabs each.). It of course happens if I only have 1 profile running of firefox, thunderbird and nautilus running also and some uptime on that) so that around 1200 processes are running for my user, and then tries to open the "Attach file"-feature, it will Freeze for about 15-30seconds(See error Nr1 below). This freeze however only occurs right after reboot if I try opening "Attach file" on an mail once with more then 1 firefox profile and some tabs (1200processes). If I however open "Attach" without alot of firefox or gtk applications and 1200+ this freeze will not happen then or after when I try it with 1200+ proccesses.
BUT here comes the real issue/problem, this occurs everytime more then 1200 processes are running on several gtk applications, for example 2-3 firefox profiles at same time. When I open the "Attach file" and try to search for file on filesystem. (See error nr 2) Firefox Freezes and then gets transparent after changing workspace and going back. 'killall firefox' is the way to get out of this or wait for some time and maybe you get it back and when u try searching for file again it will happen all over again.

file locks (-x) unlimited As you can see I have tried to increase these values alot but havnt been able to change the memlock somehow.
This is the info I can come up with right now but please, feel free, to ask for any information you think is needed to resolve this. Kernel paramters, grub, sysctl, service files, etc.

Which email program are you using "attach file" from ?
If it's webmail, which site/hoster (gmail, hotmail, outlook, proton etc) .
Incase you start a new nautilus instance with so many processes open, does that one freeze also ?
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

I have tried both proton and gmail, happens on both.
Yes same thing on nautilus when running several and trying to search.
