Sylpheed-Claws has stopped working
Sylpheed-claws was working yesterday and after a pacman -Syu today it will not load and I didn't take much notice which packages were updated.
Starting from a terminal gives
sylpheed-claws: error while loading shared libraries: liblber-2.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: Permission denied
When trying to reinstall gives

/usr/X11R6/... ??! Sylpheed-Claws works fine and my libldap is where it belongs, in /usr/lib.

/usr/X11R6/... ?? I know it's strange as this is just a link to /usr anyway from when xorg changed to v7

Update
I have 5 files in /usr/lib that show in terminal but not in thunar and they will not let me change any settings or delete them, I keep getting permission denied. There is no owner, group or permissions set. Think they must have corrupted somehow.
Files affected
liblber-2.3.so.0
liblber.a
liblber.so
libldap-2.3.so.0.2.15
libldap.so (symlink)
Any ideas how to correct the owner/group/permission problem :?:
