http and ftp users in my /etc/passwd file

like the title says, i have these users (or intruders) in /etc/passwd

ftp:x:14:11::/srv/ftp:/usr/bin/nologin
http:x:33:33::/srv/http:/usr/bin/nologin

Does it mean those users can handle http servers ftp servers?

I dont have servers running on my system.

Really need some clarity as of why they are in there..... kinda scared someone is extracting my data..

Re: http and ftp users in my /etc/passwd file

They are default users on all Arch systems that are only used if you are running a http or ftp server.
Nothing to worry about.
