[SOLVED] Bug in sound board or driver? How to fix it?

Hello to all
I have speakers connected to the motherboard, and there is another audio output via HDMI, but my monitor haven't audio.
The output of lspci -k show this:

00:1f.3 Audio device: Intel Corporation 200 Series PCH HD Audio
        DeviceName: Onboard - Sound
Subsystem: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd Device a182
        Kernel driver in use: snd_hda_intel
        Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel

01:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation GK208 HDMI/DP Audio Controller (rev a1)
Subsystem: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. [MSI] Device 8c93
        Kernel driver in use: snd_hda_intel
        Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel

Problem:
When I turn on the PC and login init, the speakers sounds with high volumen level (74). I change it, but always return to 74 when I release the mouse button.
Sometimes I can change it using SystemSetting - Audio changing the audio output device by other and return to the first and only one that plays sound. Then, I can listen spotify app or youtube, but just when I press stop, the sound return to level=74.

Plus, the apps that have sounds, like the browser, thunderbird, or spotify, randomly freezes for a while, but the others apps works fine and quicky.

Please, Help me to fix this issue.
