Hi there!
I use 5.17.1-arch1-1 on Xiaomi RedmiBook 13 R
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics (6) @ 2.375GHz
GPU: AMD ATI 02:00.0 Renoir
Memory: 15429MiB
Sometimes, when laptop go to sleep or to suspend or... have no power -> poweroff, I'm turning it on again and my UEFI show me the "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE" screen
And okay, let's say I can manually specify the boot disk, but if i go to UEFI menu and there is no any EFI or EVEN hard drive options. For resuming, i need to starting from LiveCD and reinstall grub and create new mkconfig to my mounted system.... I don't have the strength anymore....
Help... Please...

Did you apply the --removable option to the grub-install command?
Did you try copying grubx64.efi to /EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi on the EFI system partition?
