libpulse-16.0-1 update seem to cause stuttering in SMPlayer/mpv

When SMPlayer audio output is set to pulse there is annoying video stuttering with latest version of "libpulse-16.0-1" (I have "pipewire" and "pipewire-pulse" installed). Setting audio to "alsa" or downgrading single package "libpulse" to version from archive of "2022-05-31" seems to solve issue (or my brain playing games with me, stuttering is not that notable)

It's not video hardware problem - test video with 400Mbit/s playing just fine (but it's has no audio channel), VLC also fine (but it has "pulse" output)

Anyone have this problem or can check?

Oh, I think I was going crazy with this slight audio desync.

I experience stuttering in mpv too. --ao=alsa switch resolves the problem.

P.S. My wife did package upgrade on our shared laptop so I was unaware and thought that there is some bug in mpv. I even created an mpv issue here - https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/10295

I have a similar issue, I get noticeable video stutter after seeking.
I tried:

ao=alsa

and it fixes the issue. I'll add that:

pulse-latency-hacks=yes

also fixes the issue.
