NTFS read only [solved]

for some reason i cant  write into my NTFS partetion, i use that for sharing files between windows and linux

i found this forum suggesting that i disable Write Caching, but that did not work, i looked into the ntfs-3g options and mounted my drives using those options

LABEL=Windows                    /mnt/Windows   ntfs-3g     x-gvfs-show,uid=1000,gid=987,nodev,umask=0022,fmask=111,dmask=000\040\0401\040\040\0402 0 0
UUID=AA62BF4C62BF1C4F /mnt/Shared       ntfs-3g      rw,relatime,x-gvfs-show,nodev,uid=1000,gid=987,nodev,umask=0000,dmask=000,fmask=111\0402\0402 0 2

and when i look for the permissions i get that i have all permissions, but i cant write anything in any of those drives
* permissions

drwxrwxrwx <user> storage   4.0 KB Sun Jun 19 15:15:58 2022      Shared  < ntfs drive
drwxrwxrwx <user> storage   8.0 KB Sun Jun 19 15:15:36 2022      Windows < ntfs drive

when i try to write in to those drives/folders even as root, I get back this message

sudo mkdir test
[sudo] password for <user>:
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘test’: Read-only file system

this happened today not sure if an update caused it

Has "fast startup" [sic] been disabled in Windows?
