musescore package build issue

Hello,
It seems that the musescore package is built in Debug mode rather than in Release mode.
I found out from a bug report I opened at the musescore issue tracker:
https://musescore.org/en/node/332925#comment-1131385

How can I notify the package maintainer?

Regards,
Jonathan

Re: musescore package build issue

https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-c … GBUILD#L63 indicates archlinux package does build in release mode .

What may have caused the musescore dev to assume archlinux builds in debug mode is that most arch packages nowadays are build with debug symbols to help upstream with troubleshooting.

https://archlinux.org/news/debug-packag … ebuginfod/ has details, I suggest you alert the musescore dev to that newspost .

The best way to contact the archlinux package maintainer is typically to file a bug report or feature request in the bugtracker at https://bugs.archlinux.org/

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
Did you use the guided installer ? If yes, I can't help you.
