Do you really think it causes *that* much performance penalty?

Re: Wine access

If you double vsync, you'll have up to 50% drop …

I suggest instead of having a casual discussions about what might possibly be or not the cause you try to provide more info on the situation - especially when double and triple requested - and run investigative tests that are being suggested or you can come up yourself with to narrow down on the cause.
Right now, this here is going absolutely nowhere.

I see. Can you tell me how can i efficiently debug or experiment with it? or there is nothing more than just running the launcher with a terminal to see the output then tinker with all launch settings and wine config(i dont know how to change it) based of the output

Sorry, my english can suck sometimes. This topic was originally made to fix the wine access problem which i though was a potential cause for lags, then i got the answer from a forum mod saying it is a vulkan error which my hardware doesn't support. Although me getting vulkan error wasn't expected while i turn off every setting that my hardware doesn't support, including vulkan. I'd be happy if you can tell me how to fix it if you know it.

Also about the double vsync you talked about, i never seen an option for vsync. There are only for esync, fsync and futex2. Last 2 my hw doesn't support. esync, i don't know much about it.

Re: Wine access

Vsync or not would be an ingame option. Post the actual FPS you get and which ingame settings you are trying to use. It's not entirely clear yet whether you absolutely need vulkan here. The wine access problem is normal and cannot possibly be the cause of the actual issue you have. That's a bit of a logistics of how wine maps the linux file system tree into a "Windows logic", it will generally not matter and not be the cause of whatever perf issues you are having.

Average fps: 34
Max: 44
Min: 26

Edit: i forgot to post bottles config
bottles config:

options turned on:
enable fsr
use a virutal desktop (1920x1080)
dpi: 216 renderer: gl
components version:
sys-wine-7.11
dxvk-1.10.1
vkd3d-proton-2.6
dvxk-nvapi-v0.5.4
latencyflex  -

sync: system
win version 10
use: bottles rt - steam rt- gamemode
reduce pulseaudio latency: on

rest is off or default (using latest bottles version)

for steam desktop version:
no forcing specific steam play comp tool
no launch options set

Also i managed to improve fps a little bit by launching with steam big picture with settings:
-Controller Application Options-
Allow Desktop Configuration in Launcher [on]
Enable Overlay on Non-Steam Game [off]
|Steam Input Per-Game Setting (requires game re-launch)
|->Global Setting (None)

I think fixes for my case are really different than what we though..
