Wouldn't that be part of the gtk theme?
Also, note that the text widget is not rounded.

My windows have rounded corners (Plastik in KDE)...

Oh, so they just modified GTK theme? But does they give it different name or it is Clearlooks + patch? It will be nice to have this in AUR.

i love that ubuntu look... i wish they made a KDE variant. silly the gnomes never took time to enhance the integration of KDE apps in Gnome (with things like the Preload hack to use another file dialog, gtk-qt theme engine, allowing for automatic button re-ordering etc)...

doesnt need to be a change of GTK theme/engine.
metacity can grab colours from GTK. take a look at the edges of the menu bar and all that spacing, metacity is using a wide border to allow it to be rounded, and grabbing the GTK theme's colour to appear seamless.
