Hi again, it's me...
The issue is related to the same laptop I mentioned in my previous post about Latte not working (thanks for the help btw!)

The laptop originally belonged to my sister, who used Windows 10 on it, and the audio was just fine (as it was the original OS from Acer), then she got an M1 iMac and gave the laptop to me, and I don't really like Windows so I distro hopped around until I chose Arch.
I did install
sof-firmware while installing (manual install) but still no audio.
I am a somewhat Linux medium user, picking what I want to use and having as many fewer packages (if I wanted barebones I would've used Gentoo but I like the AUR and don't know how OpenRC works) but I still like having people help as well, sharing their knowledge with me, which could help me out again in case I mess something up and have to reinstall Arch.
Edit: Forgot to mention, USB-C do not work, but 3.5mm headphones do.

Life can be meaningless sometimes.
Until you receive new computer parts, then it's a happy life. Or is it just me?

I don't know Plasma but have you checked the Sound configuration?
You may need to change some settings.
Also, is the audio chipset enabled in the firmware?

You didn’t mention Pulseaudio or pipewire, you installed one, right?
