Vulkan Not Working Mesa

Hello Vulkan has been working sence I installed arch 6 months ago but after I "yay -Syu" yesterday vulkan broke. Here is some info reply if you need more

If you have both the amdvlk package and the vulkan-radeon package installed, you can either uninstall one or follow this method to choose which icd to use.
