Whenever I run
bluetoothctl power on
I get this:
no default controller available
I have tried all the suggestions on the Arch Wiki regarding this, and none of them work. I don't know what logs to provide, so just ask, and you will receive. Thanks in advance.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3511 Laptop. I am also pretty sure Bluetooth has worked at some point in time on this Laptop on Linux, but I can't remember when it did, and when it stopped working.

I forgot to mention I am using the KDE Plasma Desktop Environment, but am not using Bluedevil. I am solely focused on getting Bluetoothctl to work.

I have noticed that after suspend, Bluetooth starts to work, but not every time, as it works about 5% of the time.
