[Solved]Radeon Rx 6400 does not work

Here is my system,

CPU: Ryzen 3 pro 4350G
MB: Asrock A520M-ITX/AC
GPU: Radeon Rx 6400 (PowerColor  AXRX 6400 4GBD6-DH)
Mem: 16GB
Kernel: 5.18.3-arch1-1

When I connect my display to Radeon Rx 6400 via HDMI, my screen crashes and becomes blank soon after booting. The output of journalctl is https://0x0.st/ouBa.txt.

There are some errors for amdgpu,

Next I connect my display to Ryzen 3 pro 4350G. It seems work but my display suddenly becomes blank. Here is the journalctl, https://0x0.st/ouBL.txt

I boot it again and it works. The output of journalctl is https://0x0.st/ouBM.txt  . There are same errors as the 1st one.

Don't you know something about this issue?

I have tested the following updates but cannot see any improvement,

  Kernel: 5.18.6.arch1-1
  Linux firmware: 20220610.7b71b75-1

The behavior simply depends on which GPU ends up being used, the error is constant and the most simple cause would be that it's underpowered - either because it's badly seated or seated in an insufficient PCIe slot (consult your MoBo manual - even if there're multiple x16 slots, not all of them are PEG slots) or because the GPU requires a dedicated power supply via 6/8-pin connector that you forgot to attach.

Though, the GPU doesn't look very power hungry but very new, so alternatively the kernel simply yet lacks support. Did you try a 5.19 rc?

Windows10 works fine on the same machine. AMD Radeon driver is surely applied. Thus, I rather doubt kernel or firmware.

And I also realized that my pasting journal was not the journal just when I connected to Rx 6400. The following description was wrong. The journal is something when I connected to Ryzen 3 4350G,

Windows10 works fine on the same machine.

Test on Linux 5.19-rc3:

My system crashes. Even SysRq keys do not respond. I have to turn off the power supply. Here is the journal,

Test of disabling win10 fast boot:

I disable fast boot option on win10 and also disable it on BIOS. The system crashes.

Adding amdgpu.aspm=0 to kernel option makes my Rx 6400 work fine.
