A bunch of game folders are appearing everywhere

So a couple weeks ago I installed epic games launcher through lutris for some reason. I deleted it, installed heroic, and now for some reason all across my system, there are a bunch of empty folders with the name of games (which I don't even own). I didn't really know where to post this but could someone explain what the heck is happening?
