MS Teams whiteout

I haven't seen this as an issue since 2019, but suddenly I'm getting white outs in MS Teams (both teams, and teams-for-linux packages).

I noted an NVidia update this morning. Is this related and can anyone confirm.

NB. Ctrl-R does recover it.

If someone can confirm, I'll try the --disable-gpu option for a day (but it's my last day of work until 11 July, so maybe not really immediately practical).
