I tried to install Arch from USB but my nvme drive was not detected. Secure boot is disabled. Fast startup is disabled. lsblk only shows my usb drive and my hard drive. Please help.

Is it detected in the firmware (BIOS/UEFI) ?
Have you installed the drive manually ?

YEs, it is detected by the UEFI. It is a laptop.

SATA operations are not in my bios. (My laptop bios has very few options)

Probably best to post the journal content from the live ISO then:
journalctl | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io
^ That will return a URL that can be shared here.

here's the output: ix.io/41qY

Well it's right there:
Jul 02 20:43:55 archiso kernel: ahci 0000:00:17.0: Found 1 remapped NVMe devices. Jul 02 20:43:55 archiso kernel: ahci 0000:00:17.0: Switch your BIOS from RAID to AHCI mode to use them.
Not sure what to suggest though...

there isn't any option in my laptop bios to swap from raid to ahci

Does this work?

No, there was no option to swap to ahci. I looked through the whole bios and followed that guide to the letter. Unfortunately, my nvme drive is still not detected.
