Strange Konqueror behavior [SOLVED]

Sometime in the last day or so Konqueror decided that it wasn't going to allow me to use the 'submit' or 'download' buttons in Yahoo mail. This behavior is no good. I personally believe that e-mail is useless unless you can actually send it to someone. This, of course, is an opinion.

This is more or less what I've installed the last few days except what was from today (from pacman.log):

[10/22/06 17:56] upgraded klibc-udev (102-1.1 -> 103-1)
[10/22/06 17:56] upgraded udev (102-1 -> 103-1)
[10/22/06 20:32] upgraded qt (3.3.6-4 -> 3.3.6-3.1)
[10/24/06 02:11] installed strace (4.5.14-2)
[10/24/06 03:27] upgraded mplayer-svn (20204-1 -> 20426-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded libcups (1.2.4-1 -> 1.2.5-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded cups (1.2.4-1.1 -> 1.2.5-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded findutils (4.2.27-2 -> 4.2.28-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded fontconfig (2.4.1-2 -> 2.4.1-4)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded libgcrypt (1.2.2-1 -> 1.2.3-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded libgpg-error (1.3-1 -> 1.4-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded man-pages (2.39-1 -> 2.41-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded postgresql-libs (8.1.4-3 -> 8.1.5-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded postgresql (8.1.4-4 -> 8.1.5-1)
[10/25/06 00:16] upgraded tar (1.15.1-2.1 -> 1.16-1)

When launching Konqueror from the command line, the only output is:

ASSERT: "pointArray.size() >= 3" in render_inline.cpp (556)
ASSERT: "!empty()" in /opt/qt/include/qvaluevector.h (381)

repeated a bunch of times. You'll notice toward the beginning of the list is my QT downgrade.

Does anyone have any thoughts on where this gremlin resides? This morning was the first time I noticed it.

Re: Strange Konqueror behavior [SOLVED]

KDE 3.5.4 and 3.5.5. I was hoping that the upgrade to 3.5.5 would solve the problem and it doesn't. Yahoo is the only site right now that I know of that has this problem. It also happens to be where my 3 primary e-mail addresses are.

-------->>>>>>>> EDIT <<<<<<<<----------

It seems to be related to the user agent switcher in Konqueror. If I turn it off for yahoo.com (which renders Yahoo's main page useless), the links work again. Does anyone here know if Yahoo recently added anti-phishing software?

------>>>>>>>> EDIT 2 <<<<<<<<----------

For some reason, Yahoo is now rejecting the user agent for Firefox 1.5.0.4. Changing it to Mozilla 1.7.3 on Windows is working for now.
