I successfully paired Jabra Move SE v1.0.0 headphones with my KDE desktop using pulseaudio-bluetooth and bluez-utils as described in the wiki.
In the sound panel, I can select either A2DP or HFP (Hansfree Head Unit) profiles. A2DP has an excellent sound quality but then I cannot use the microphone - it disappears from the audio device list. HFP works for both sound and mic but the sound quality is garbage. It sounds metallic and there is background noise.
Is it possible to use the A2DP profile together with a microphone?

No. There would be no need for the profiles if this worked trivially. Modern BT headsets and BT adapters might support Aptx LL/Faststream for better quality BT mic support but this needs quite recent HW, from a quick look these headphones do not support that, so this is the best you'll get.
