[SOLVED] Keyboard shortcuts not working in bspwm....

HI Guys..

I have a Sun Type 7 USB (Unix) keyboard. On XFCE the keyboard works fine & I can assign shortcuts to any key. I'm thinking about switching to bspwm, so I installed it along with sxhkd & xev. Xev works mostly fine in xfce (most, but not all keys are deteccted), however when run in bspwm, a ton of keys are either not detected or appear differently than in XFCE. This means that a majority of my keyboard shortcuts do not work. Is there something I have to do in order for my keyboard to fully function in bspwm :? & what can I do to make xev detect all the keys on the keyboard :?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but thanks in advanced for reading, replying & helping....

The WM doesn't impact the keymap.
Compare

setxkbmap -print -query

on xfce and bspwm and align layout and variant.

Here is the output for both XFCE & BSPWM. They are both totally different. How can I set them to be the same :?
