I use ungoogled-chromium as my browser and sometimes when I try to upload or download files from or to my flash drive, the browser freezes and I can't use it anymore. Now, I have 2 computers and this happens only on my dad's so I don't use it that often and I don't have too much information about the issue, but the tricky part is that both systems are installed from the same script and they are both up to date. Now I tried opening another instance of chromium and, which was responsive, and tried to close it on 'exit' (to close all instances) and a question "are you sure you want to leave the page?" showed up. Now this means that chromium actually runs properly and that it just lost touch with my inputs.
Now my question is, where could I seek for help or post this as a bug? I use x.org, i3 and maybe they are the ones responsible for this? Maybe something that controls my storage devices? How do I even start reporting this?

I've had such behavior for quite a while. I don't use ungoogled-chromium as my main browser, so it doesn't bother me that much.
But what I can tell you from my experience (ymmv), that after some time it works again. Just wait for let's say up to 5 minutes or so.
