Docking Station only working if connected to Notebook before boot

- I have a Dell Latitude 7530 with a Dell WD19TBS Docking Station.
- The docking station is connected via thunderbold usb-c to my notebook.
- Linux-Kernel: 5.15.53
- KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.24.6

The docking station works fine, when I connect my notebook to that docking station before booting the notebook.

However, when I connect it after booting, my notebook doesnt accept any input/output from mouse, keyboard and screens. I have to reboot my notebook to get the docking station work correctly.

The same thing, if I disconnect my notebook from the docking station and then reconnect it.
