This might not be an Arch specific issue, as the issue started after switching to Fedora and then back to Arch.

- Disabled internal battery in BIOS, will not power on until A/C is connected
- Disabled internal battery and removed external battery, held power button for 2 minutes
- Disabled internal battery and removed external battery, held pinhole button on bottom of laptop for 15 seconds (from: https://youtu.be/hF2tviRT_kY)
- Ran the Lenovo Diagnostic tool (from BIOS), all tests passed
- Updated BIOS from 1.1x to 1.37
The fact that it won't even boot with only external battery makes me think that it's a hardware issue, but the external battery being detected and showing its percentage gives me hope that it might just be a driver or something.
