I have a computer with 2 Radeon HD 4890s, I'm using the ATI driver and PRIME for hybrid graphics.
It constantly crashes, I see diagonal or horizontal stripes, black-white, blue-navy blue, and sometimes shades of orange.
I think it's only the graphics cards because one time it crashed while I was installing something with pacman mid download and I waited for a bit to shut it off and when I booted in the installation was complete.
Here is the output of journalctl after a crash: ix.io/44EV
And here is the output of smartctl for the main drive: ix.io/44Fa
It happens when I try to open the KDE System Monitor, gmail with firefox or it just happens by itself after some time.

What exact journal command did you use to produce this? To get anything logged from a crash you need to use e.g.
journalctl -b -1to get the journal of the boot prior to your current (working) one and I don't see any errors in that output on a quick look.

It crashed again and I took another journalctl (from last boot like you said)

Looks like only the GPU in bus 2 is having issues, can you reproduce without that, e.g. only running stuff off of the other card/unplugging that one? I'm assuming that's the "main GPU"? Is the card properly seated? Is there a particular purpose or intent behind running two GPUs or is it "just" offloading games?

I didn't build it, it's actually a pre-built (some old cooler master cnotase) render station (I think) hand-me-down. I will try with one card and I don't think the one on bus 2 is properly seated but I will check that too.
I don't have any hybrid configurations setup right now, I've just been trying to fix issues for the last two days.

I took out both the GPUs and cleaned any dust and put only one of them back in, now it works fine.
I will try to put in the other one when I have free time
