Which should be installed first? NVIDIA driver or GNOME group?

Hi all.
I have an NVIDIA GPU and I recently switched to Arch Linux. Today I re-installed it because of some issues I had, and now I'm trying to run GNOME with Wayland, however I'm unsure what to install first: the NVIDIA driver or GNOME.

Which one 'depends' on the other (for example checks for any existing files of the other and creates necessary configuration for that)?
I know this is a silly question but, considering how troubling it is to deal with NVIDIA and GNOME/GDM while using Wayland, I have to eliminate all possible issues.

In Ubuntu systems, installing the NVIDIA driver automatically installs GNOME.

Or is it better to install both at the same time pacman -S nvidia gnome?

I tried looking for an answer on the Arch Wiki, and the only relevant thing I found is:
Note: mutter acts as a composite manager for the desktop, employing hardware graphics acceleration to provide effects aimed at reducing screen clutter. The GNOME session manager automatically detects if your video driver is capable of running GNOME Shell and if not, falls back to software rendering using llvmpipe.

Thank you.

it doesnt matter, all configuration is done by you.
neither depend on each other that would be rediculous for people who need nvidia and dont want gnome and vice versa
