mplayer-plugin not playing in firefox or konqueror

Well, as the title states, mplayer doesnt work in either firefox or konqueror.

I try from a commandline and get this:

and then it just sits... It does this from all sources not just the one listed.

When I try from firefox, it does just nothing at all.Konqueror is the same... No errors, just no playback.

Any ideas?

Here is some more info about this error I found...

Primo, try with mplayer 1.0rc1.
Secundo, check whether it's the same with kmplayer (only in konqueror).

Well, this is interesting...

I did absolutely nothing and this morning, its working like its supposed too...

Must have been some kind of internet issue last night...
