This is what I see on startup. I see it when I open many other applications as well.
I did some research on this before posting and they said to delete some baloo folder.
rm -r ~/.local/share/baloo/I've tried this multiple times and it works for the first reboot, but then it keeps coming back. How do I make this error go away?

baloo is the file indexer for Plasma search. If you don't need it, and you are going to keep deleting its life's work, you should disable it.

It does carry over through a reboot. So that didn't fix my issue.

So I was doing something odd and symlinking my ~/.cache and ~/.local directories to a different NTFS drive. Reverted that change and this bug went away
