Fish-Shell in official repos stuck on 3.4.1?

Hi there,

fish version 3.5.0 has been out for almost 6 weeks now and still is not updated in the repos (and 3.5.1 came out a couple days ago aswell).
This update is particularly important/interesting because it finally makes it possible to properly catch and handle SIGINT and SIGTERM in scripts.

I was wondering, what could/would hold back the update?
