Hi people , I read the forum guidelines to request this package and here we go. I skipped the step 2 (make a package yourself), but I will show the information that I recollected.
According to this post the package is a new programming language.
The license is open source code and hosted at GitHub.
Actually, I am not sure how to have a system-wide installation, in other words, in which directories must be hold.
I did not find some how-to guide video to do it. I started reading bazel tool.
Later, I will be fine to create a nice PKGBUILD. Starting with
$ cp /usr/share/pacman/PKGBUILD-vcs.proto .
And for sure, if it is useful for other people, upload to AUR.

instructions are for a custom package manager (brew/homebrew) and use that to build custom bazelisk and llvm/clang packages.
There is a brew-git pacakge in aur, but the whole instructions read as something intended for per user installation instead of a systenwide package.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)
