A question about the smooth scrolling.

I've been a Mac user for many years. On my Mac, I install some tools to make my mouse scroll smooth, such as [Mos](https://github.com/Caldis/Mos) and [SmoothScroll](https://www.smoothscroll.net/mac/).

I switch to Arch for less than a month. Firefox, Chrome and some other programs all have some ways to enable smooth scrolling. But I fell a little frustrating about the scrolling behavior on the all other programs on Linux, which acts just like a plain jump.

I'm wondering dose Linux have some tools to make mouse scrolling more smoother? In other words, how to make scrolling in other applications acts just like in Firefox?

Thanks, but I know how to change the scroll speed. The question I ask is how to make the mouth scrolling more smooth. You can look at the demonstration posted by SmoothScroll: https://youtu.be/-3aF-4p_vKo.
