Getting failed/error message when running 'timedatectl set-ntp true'

timed out waiting for device /dev/virtio-ports/org.qemu.guest_agent.0
qemu guest agent

Why am I getting these when running 'timedatectl set-ntp true' during the beginning of the installation? I'm not even using a virtualbox, but actually installing on my desktop.

Don't remember ever encountering this in the past.
Is this something I should be concern about?
timedatectl set-ntp true did seem to do its job - i checked with 'timedatectl status'

But why did i receive that timeout/depend error message though?

You have a working network connection at the time?

ya. i ran ping and internet connection was fine.
i tested it the next day as well.
i thought perhaps if could be my hardware's clock in bios being set incorrectly so i tried fixing that as well, but didn't fix it either.
